Dr. Sadie LAronde

Dr. Sadie Laronde is an Indigenous, neurologically based chiropractor devoted to healing intergenerational trauma and supporting nervous system regulation. She is a proud Anishinaabe Ojibway kwe from Temagami First Nation, with third-generation Dutch-Canadian roots — a lineage that informs both her identity and her integrative healing approach.

Sadie’s journey into health care began with a deep curiosity in high school anatomy class and a lifelong relationship with chiropractic care. Drawn to the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, she recognized chiropractic as the perfect fit for her holistic worldview.

She is passionate about supporting BIPOC individuals, those healing from trauma, neurodivergent folks, and pre/postnatal parents — as well as infants and children — through gentle, effective, and culturally grounded care. Her mission is to create safer healing spaces that honor the lived experience and promote long-term well-being.

Outside the clinic, Sadie nurtures her own well-being by spending time in nature with her husband, practicing yoga, and cherishing moments with loved ones. With a background rooted in cultural awareness and somatic understanding, Dr. Sadie Laronde brings a grounded, heart-led presence to the healing space — one that honors tradition, empowers individuals, and supports lasting transformation for generations to come.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
